Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

• I accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return

• Please contact me with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your return is approved, I’ll send instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

• Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Below is my standard shipping information so you know what to expect.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped with Royal Mail 48 and should arrive within 2-3 business days.
Each item is handled with care and prepared using eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible.

Shipping Options

UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Not currently accepted. Contact for enquiries.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am unable to replace items shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

All stickers, postcards, and prints are shipped using plastic-free, eco-conscious packaging, including recyclable mailers and protective materials. Packaging is kept minimal while ensuring your items arrive safely.
